Bluetooth Troubleshooting

If you're having issues connecting the sensor via Bluetooth, there are a few things we normally recommend:

Generally this type of issue occurs when the sensor does not have an adequate battery level. With that said, please charge your Zepp 1 sensor for at least 2-3 hours (until all 10 LEDs fade in and out while plugged into the charger) prior to use to ensure that the sensor is fully charged.

If after fully charging the sensor you continue to have this issue, make sure sensor is powered on and please try the following:

1) Fully power off and restart your iOS/Android device by holding down the power button and completely shutting off the device, then powering it back on.
2) Turn off Bluetooth on all other iOS and Android devices nearby.
3) Unpair all bluetooth devices from your phone/tablet. On iOS, tap on the "i" next to the Zepp in your Bluetooth device list, and select "Forget this Device". For Android OS, select "gear" icon next to the Zepp in the Bluetooth list and select "Unpair."
4) Perform a hard reset of your sensor. To complete a hard reset of the Zepp sensor press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 10 seconds while the sensor is powered on. During this time the sensor will power off, continue holding multi - function button until all 10 LEDs lights become solid. After the LEDs light up let go of the multi-function button and the sensor will power down indicating a successful hard reset. To turn the sensor back on press and hold the multi-function button for 4 seconds.
5) Make sure that your phone/tablet's OS is up to date.
6) Ensure that the sensor is connected in bluetooth settings on the mobile device. Make sure it states "connected"
7) Test the sensor by trying to pair and connect it in the app on a different mobile device. If the sensor and app function properly on another device, your specific mobile device is likely the cause of the problem.

If none of these steps allow you to connect properly in the app, we will want to test one last thing. Please download and install the free Zepp Tennis Classic from the app store on your device, and log in using the same email and password that you use to log in to the Golf or Baseball app. If the sensor is able to connect in the Tennis app, then the sensor is not the root of this problem.
