Sync Status

Sync status relates to whether a player has an email address associated with their player profile and if they have accepted the sync request email that is sent when an email is added to a players account. See below for more information on what each status indicates:

Not Synced - The player does not have an email address associated with their player profile.
Pending - The player has an email address associated with their player profile, but they have not yet accepted the sync request email
Confirmed/Synced - The player has an email address associated with their player profile and they have accepted sync request email. Confirmed means that the player has not created their own account within the app. Synced indicates that the player has created their own account within the app
Inactive - The player has selected to un-sync their swing information with the admin account




The benefit of syncing swing information with an administrator (coach) is so that the player can view the swing data captured by the administrator on their own device by creating an account using the same email address.

Note: Swings will only transfer to a players account if they were captured AFTER an email address was added to their account. 


Coaches can view sync status of their players online using the "My Account" section on our website. Go to the "manage players" to view all the info.
