Return Policy

Zepp offers a 30-day money back guarantee on orders placed from our web-store. If you purchased on our website, please submit a ticket by clicking here with your address, order number, reason for the return, and we'll provide you with a return mailing label.   Make sure that the merchandise is in its original packaging and returned in a shipping box. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirming your order has been successfully refunded.

Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Zepp provides a one-year limited warranty on all hardware.  Under conditions of the warranty agreement provided with your sensor, purchasers will be entitled to repair or replacement of defective units.  The warranty begins from the date of initial purchase.

To obtain warranty service, please return the defective product and the store receipt to the original place of purchase. If there is a covered defect, we will replace the product (if available) or issue a full refund, at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse either replacement or refund (but not both) if the cost of doing so would be disproportionate to the defect. In the event the original place of purchase is not reachable, please notify Zepp Labs via email in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return the defective product together with proof of purchase specified by Zepp Labs in connection with the RMA. You will cover the cost of shipping the Product to Zepp Labs and Zepp Labs will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. If Zepp Labs determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective Product, Zepp Labs may refund you the purchase price paid for the product. When a Product is exchanged, any replacement product becomes your property and the replaced product becomes Zepp Labs' property.
